Roofing and Siding Immediate Payment Discount Promotion Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 1, 2025

1. Promotion Overview

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered exclusively by Featherfall Restoration (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for qualifying roofing and siding projects. Customers who choose to pay the full project cost immediately using one of the accepted payment methods may be eligible for a discount of up to 15% off the total project cost. This Promotion is intended to reward immediate, non-financed payments.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 Qualified Customers: The Promotion is open to all residential customers who enter into a contract for a new roofing and/or siding project with the Company. Customers must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• 2.2 Geographic and Service Area Eligibility:
  • This Promotion is open exclusively to residents whose primary residence is located in Florida, Maryland, Missouri, or Virginia.
  • In addition, the Promotion is available only to customers whose locations fall within the designated service areas for Featherfall Restoration in each respective state.
  • If you are uncertain whether your location qualifies as a service area, you must contact our office prior to entering into a contract.
• 2.3 Exclusions: Employees of Featherfall Restoration, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible for this Promotion.
• 2.4 Promotional Period: The Promotion is available only for contracts signed between February 1, 2025, and March 17, 2025. Projects contracted outside of this period are not eligible for the discount.
• 2.5 Insurance Claim Related Work: Projects or work that is associated with or initiated as part of an insurance claim are ineligible for this Promotion. Only projects that are not related to any insurance claim or insurance-financed repair work may qualify.

3. Payment Terms and Discount Details

• 3.1 Immediate Payment Requirement: To qualify for the discount, the total project cost must be paid in full immediately using one of the following accepted payment methods:

  • Credit Card
  • Check
  • Cashier’s Check
  • Money Order

  For the avoidance of doubt, physical currency (raw cash) is not accepted under this Promotion.

• 3.2 Timing of Payment: Full payment using one of the approved methods must be received at the time of contract signing or at the project commencement, as specified in your contract. Failure to provide immediate full payment by the agreed time may result in the forfeiture of the discount.

• 3.3 Discount Calculation: The discount will be calculated as a percentage (up to 15%) off the total project cost. The actual discount percentage offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, project scope and material costs. The maximum discount available under this Promotion is 15%.

• 3.4 Exclusions from Discount: The discount applies solely to the base cost of the roofing and/or siding work. Additional fees (such as permits, inspection fees, disposal fees, or any ancillary charges) are not eligible for the discount unless explicitly stated.

4. Project Terms and Conditions

• 4.1 Contractual Agreement: The terms and conditions contained in your signed roofing and/or siding project contract govern the overall project scope, completion, warranties, and other obligations. The Promotion is subject to and must be read in conjunction with the project contract.
• 4.2 Modifications: Any changes to the project scope, materials, or timeline after the initial agreement may affect the discount eligibility or amount. The Company reserves the right to adjust the discount accordingly.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

• 5.1 Non-Combining Offers: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions unless expressly agreed upon in writing by the Company.
• 5.2 Verification Rights: The Company reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the immediate payment and may request additional documentation as necessary.
• 5.3 Modification or Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time, without prior notice, except for contracts already executed in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• 6.1 “As Is” Basis: The Promotion is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• 6.2 Typographical Errors: The Company is not responsible for any typographical or printing errors in the Promotion materials.
• 6.3 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Promotion.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• 7.1 Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the roofing or siding work is performed, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
• 7.2 Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to the Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the state in which the roofing or siding work is performed.

8. General Provisions

• 8.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the project contract and any other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Promotion.
• 8.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• 8.3 No Waiver: Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By entering into a contract for a roofing and/or siding project with Featherfall Restoration and opting to pay by one of the approved immediate payment methods under this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
