Here's what happens next

One of our intake reps will be in touch with you very soon to determine which project consultant or public adjuster is best for your situation and set a time for you to chat with them on the phone for an initial evaluation
Your project consultant will then call you to introduce themselves, gather more information on your exact issue, and if we can help they will set a time to meet with you for a consultation and inspection
Here are some things you should do to best be prepared for your calls and consultations:

If you have relevant photos of the job to share then email them along with the service address to: Support@CallFeatherfall.com
know availability for future calls

If your job is from weather-related damage like hail or wind or could potentially involve an insurance claim, then take a minute to get your policy information together so that one of our public adjusters can review your options and ensure you’re aware of any surprises in your insurance policy BEFORE you file a claim

We donate $300 for every full siding, roofing, and solar installation we do to a local charity of the customer’s choice. It’s our way of helping to build our communities up while making YOU the hero of the story by turning your home project into a force of positivity

We also plan and sponsor events for our communities from time to time. We have organized events to give the homeless haircuts in the hot summer months and routinely pass out blankets and socks during the chilly winter to those who need them most. We hope to grow enough to give away some roofs to people on fixed incomes and host job fairs soon
