From Overlooked Damage to Full Replacement

Bernadette initially hired another contractor to replace the storm damage in her home. While the contractor was able to replace the roof, little did she know that it turned out that the contractor and her insurance company completely overlooked why the hail damage on the aluminum siding needed to be replaced. The insurance company said the damage was “mechanical” and caused by wear and tear

One of our Haag Certified inspectors discovered that there was enough damage on Bernadette’s home that the siding should have been replaced

From an Offer to Patch to Being Paid for Full Replacement

David initially reached out to us because we had just replaced many of the roofs and siding on the homes in his cul-de-sac due to a hail storm. He was wondering if his house was damaged, too

We sent out one of our well-trained representatives to perform an initial consultation to see what the condition of his home was. We brought his roof to him by documenting the damages we discovered through short videos and great photos

Despite all of our documentation, the well-known insurance provider refused to pay for the roof to be replaced initially and only offered to pay us to replace some of the gutters and patch a few shingles and a skylight

Eventually, the insurance company admitted the roof would leak due to the extent of the hail damage and agreed to pay for the entire roof to be replaced, along with multiple window wraps, all of the gutters, and downspouts
